ABOUT LONIA AI
Built on trust. Designed for everyone.
Lonia AI builds high-trust software that expands access — securely, compliantly, and by design.
Mission
Build high-trust software that expands access — securely, compliantly, and by design. Every product under Lonia AI is held to the same standard: accessibility, compliance, and security are architectural requirements enforced from the first line of code.
Three Pillars
Non-negotiable across every product
These are not marketing copy. They are architectural requirements.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 AA + Section 508 compliance built from the ground up. Not bolted on later. Approximately 25% of U.S. adults live with a disability. Lonia builds for all of them.
Compliance
HIPAA/PII/GDPR awareness in every workflow. Audit trails on every action. AI provenance tracking on all generated content. Platform policy enforcement.
Security
OAuth-only authentication. Encrypted tokens at rest and in transit. Row-level security in Supabase. Data minimization. Zero password storage across all products.
Who Lonia AI serves
Two demographics the tech industry underserves:
Professionals in regulated industries
Healthcare practitioners, financial advisors, legal professionals, government contractors. People whose tools must be compliant, accessible, and auditable because their careers depend on it.
Communities technology routinely ignores
People with disabilities — 25% of U.S. adults. Patients trapped by predatory billing systems. Deaf individuals cut off from everyday conversation. The populations most companies dismiss as too hard, too niche, or too unprofitable to serve.
Lonia AI does not build for the largest addressable market. Lonia AI builds for the people who need it most.
Product naming
All Lonia AI products are named after female figures in Greek and Roman mythology. Pallas is named after Pallas Athena — goddess of wisdom and strategic warfare. The name "Lonia" itself derives from Pellonia in Roman mythology.
Accessibility is a right, not a feature.
