Automated axe-core analysis of web pages. Pallas scans server-rendered pages, one page per scan; support for JavaScript-rendered applications is on the roadmap. Every result maps to a specific WCAG success criterion with a severity rating. Scan volume is capped per plan: 20 a month on Starter, 100 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise.

Upload PDFs and DOCX files for accessibility review. Heading structure, alt text, reading order, color contrast, and language tagging analyzed and reported. Document asset limits are 10 on Starter, 50 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise.

Choose the profile each scan runs against: WCAG 2.2 Level A, AA, or AAA, Section 508, or EN 301 549. Section 508 and EN 301 549 mappings are derived from the WCAG scan.

Organize websites and documents into a structured asset registry. Track scan history, rerun scans on demand, and monitor compliance trends per asset. Web asset limits are 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise.

Every issue moves through defined statuses. Open, In Progress, Needs Review, Retest, Passed, Closed. Nothing gets lost between the scan and the fix.

Enforce workflow rules. Status changes follow a fixed order, so a finding cannot skip from open to passed, and accepted-risk and not-applicable require a written rationale.

Trigger a retest after a fix is applied to verify the issue is resolved. The retest is a recorded verdict: the person verifying marks the finding passed or failed, with notes, for web and document findings alike.

Update status, assign owners, or change severity across multiple findings at once. Filter, select, act at scale. On Starter, findings are updated one at a time.

Not everything is machine-detectable. Add manual findings for issues caught during human review, usability testing, or expert audit.

Route findings to the right people. Design, Frontend, Content, QA, Document Team, Marketing, IT/Platform, Procurement. Each role sees their own queue. Seats are capped per plan: 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth, 50 on Enterprise.

Every action logged. Who changed what, when, and why. Tamper-evident audit log (SHA-256): altered, deleted, or reordered history is detected. Timestamped and attributed to a verified actor. Bulk export of the audit log is available on Growth and above; reading it is not gated. The 7-year audit-trail retention floor applies on every tier and cannot be lowered.

Document exceptions with rationale, review dates, and approval chain. Track which issues have been accepted, deferred, or disputed.

Dashboard view of compliance posture across all assets. Percentage resolved, issues by severity, trends over time.

Define your own retention windows for scan results, findings, and uploaded files to match an internal data-governance standard. Every tier ships configurable retention; author-your-own policies are Enterprise. The audit-trail floor is fixed on all tiers.

High-level compliance snapshot for leadership. Overall score, trend direction, critical issues remaining, resolution velocity.

Export any report as a formatted PDF for stakeholders, auditors, or procurement teams. Reports carry Pallas formatting on every tier. Exported PDFs are not yet tagged to PDF/UA; the same content is available as accessible HTML in the app and as CSV.
