Finding Lifecycle
Every issue moves through defined statuses: Open → In Progress → Needs Review → Retest → Passed → Closed. No finding gets lost.
Status Transitions
Enforce workflow rules. Only QA can mark a finding as Passed. Only leads can close exceptions. Configurable per organization.
Retest Flow
