Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pallas by Lonia AI ("Service"), operated by Grapevine Connections, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Terms
You must authenticate via a supported OAuth provider (Google or Microsoft) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity per account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Service Description
Pallas is an accessibility operations platform that provides automated scanning, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting for websites and documents against WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and EN 301 549 standards. The Service does not guarantee full accessibility compliance — it is a tool to assist in identifying and remediating accessibility issues.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trials do not require payment information. Continued use after the trial period requires selecting a paid plan.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will end but your data will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, account data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Uploaded documents are analyzed and discarded by default. Scan results and findings are retained for the duration of your subscription plus the 30-day post-cancellation period. We will not access your data except to provide the Service or as required by law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service; upload malicious content; resell or redistribute the Service without written permission; use the Service to conduct vulnerability testing of third-party sites without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any accessibility standard or regulation.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
